GENESIS WEIGH INDICATION

The first new product designed and developed by Decical Electronics is a compact, self enclosed environmentally protected weigh terminal featuring performance, functionality, reliability and adaptability.

High performance, accuracy and feature rich at a low cost.

The indicator is housed in a robust 140 x 140 x 50mm high grade stainless steel, environmentally sealed IP54 splashproof enclosure fitted with a food grade silicone gasket that’s easy to mount using the included wall attachments or by purchasing a compatible VESA mount. (IP65 rating optional extra)

The Genesis is capable of high-resolution conversion thanks to its ultra-low power, low drift 24bit analogue to digital conversion, featuring engineer selectable, onboard linearity, shutdown timeouts and filter settings to suit every environment.

Software includes Tare/Tare recall, full range zero, peak hold, unit change and semi or fully automated pickup and store modes. Special programming applications are welcome.

The USB rechargeable design has an emphasis on battery survival and low power, the LCD, non-backlit version can operate for 72 hours constant use (single loadcell cell), if used in conjunction with the shutdown facility the GENESIS could provide use up to and over a week without re-charging.

Optional add-on options include 16 bit 4-20mA output, solid state relay interfaces for process control, licence free 868/915Mhz radio, USB and RS232C communications.

Available in different power options: USB adaptor, USB rechargeable with integral battery cell, 100 – 240VAC SMPS mains and 9-32v DC.

W-6 / R-6 “BEAT” WEIGH INDICATION

The indicator is housed in a robust 185 x 110 x 35mm environmentally sealed IP65 enclosure

The Model-6 is capable of high-resolution conversion thanks to its ultra-low power, low drift 24bit analogue to digital conversion, featuring engineer selectable, onboard linearity, shutdown timeouts and filter settings to suit every environment.

Software includes Tare/Tare recall, full range zero, peak hold, unit change and semi or fully automated pickup and store modes. Special programming applications are welcome.

The USB rechargeable design has an emphasis on battery survival and low power, featuring a high resolution OLED display the BEAT can operate for up to 60 hours constant use (single loadcell cell), if used in conjunction with the shutdown facility the BEAT could provide use up to and over a week without re-charging.

The Model – 6 is available as a wired or licence free wireless device within the universal 868/915Mhz bands, featuring a fully configurable interface that allows different options to suit the terrain. With a reach of up to 1km with high-speed update, unlimited devices and paired with its COMLink companion (ultra-miniature transmitter coming soon…) the R6 will provide robust performance and flexibility.

All 28 EU states including EFTA members – Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland and associated European states: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Serbia and Ukraine.
Outside of Europe: Kenya and South Africa, 915Mhz fitted for USA, Australia, Japan (Asia) markets.

USB-C VARIANT

The USB-C version is self powered from the USB-C port complete with industry standard drivers. Fully programmable via the terminal and available with or without the battery rechargeable option (HUB-PCB available separately for OEM applications).

JUNIOR DIGITAL WEIGH TERMINAL

This classic, renowned indication unit has has stood the test of time, Reliable and versatile, the Junior has been in production for a generation.

The Junior is housed in an high grade UK sourced splash proof stainless steel enclosure and features 18mm high intensity LED displays, integral mains power supply and high performance 24bit sigma delta conversion. Also, the Junior is available with LCD displays for outdoor use and a versatile DC power stage. Optional additions include 4-20mA, two relay outputs and one remote input, serial RS232C output and time/date.

The Excelsior boasts six 1″ (25.4mm) high intensity LEDs and easy to read 20 character, 2 line Alphanumeric LCD housed in a high grade UK sourced stainless steel enclosure. Featuring integral main power supply (available as a DC version) , high performance 24 bit sigma delta conversion and a wealth of options. High power AC or DC relay drives, remote switch input, 4-20mA, serial RS232C, time/date and up to 4 weighing channels.
